Return Policy

Please note that we are a purchasing agency, we do not represent any sellers or manufacturer, hence any returns and exchange still subject to your sellers. If problems occur as mention in refund & exchange policy, please follow guide in the policyand provide proofs in order for a smooth conversation with your sellers. Overdue will not be accepted.

Things to note

If your complaint on the issues is success accept by your sellers, your sellers will like you to return to them in China.

Please note that shipping cost to China will be your own. Shipping back to China from your country will not as cheap as shipping from China. This is due to China is the largest export economy in the world. International Air Shipping from China is using freight forwarding, therefore all parcels are share in economy fuel and delivery price. For example, international Air Ship from China to Malaysia only at RM 13 per Kg, but air ship from Malaysia to China may cost RM60++ per KG.

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags – the same condition as they were originally dispatched from China. You will be responsible for return shipping fee. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together.

We highly recommend you to directly ship the parcel from your location to China.

If you live in a location that is hardly access to courier, you can request us to help you on arrangement. This is optional service with RM10 charge.

Procedure

After we get the return address from sellers, we will provide the address and details to you for you to arrange return.

1. Keep your parcel originally you receive and pack it well.
2. Print Out the address details provide to you and paste it outside the parcel.
3. You can choose any couriers that able ship to seller location. Please make sure your parcel do not charge on custom duty tax when arrive in China, this is because your seller will not bear any of the shipping cost and duty tax. You can inform courier you want to include duty tax China when you arrange shipping.
4. Provide international courier name and tracking code to us.
5. Wait for us to update you when your seller received your parcel.
6. After seller confirm, seller will arrange exchange item back to our warehouse.
7. You can request delivery exchange parcel back to you.

Special note: Customer should exercise cautious when shopping online in website as there may be higher occurrence of unscrupulous business behaviour; We will not be able to arrange for goods exchange or return if such situation occurs.
