There are 2 way to settle this problem:
Request refund from seller. The process might take up to 2-3 week depend on the type of customer’s situation.
2) Replacement of item
Customer has to bear the shipping cost and responsibility to ship to China in order to change a new / replacement item. Our service not include the international shipping to China.
